Tommy’s BBQ Company is a family-owned, Texas-inspired craft BBQ spot rooted in the Bay Area. Founded by Bay Area native Chef Tommy Ryan, our journey began with a beloved food truck in Richmond before finding a permanent home in Hercules in 2023. Tommy, his wife Lola, and father Terry bring passion, tradition, and hospitality to every meal—serving the Bay Area’s best brisket, slow-smoked meats, and scratch-made sides.
